Best sausage in Louisiana hands-down! If you talk to Brenda, they will even make a special order for your sausage. Ask them to use whatever spices you like. During the winter I order sausage that is nitrate free and that uses only table-salt. They will only make it that way when the weather is cold. I believe that is much healthier.
